Where are good locations for Weddings/Receptions in Ohio?

looking for outdoor garden/water or castles that actually look like castles. ballroom or some type of covered reception area. Also any places that will handle some details like decorations, flowers, linens, photography etc. for a reasonable price. I'd like to keep my budget at around $2000
